Have a Claude plan with connectors

Connectors are included with Claude Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. The free Claude plan does not have them. On a Team or Enterprise plan, your admin enables GreenWeka once for the whole organisation.

Add GreenWeka as a connector

GreenWeka is in Claude's connector directory. Open claude.ai/directory/green-weka and click Connect, or in Claude open Settings, then Connectors, and search for GreenWeka. You only do this once; it then works everywhere you use Claude, including the mobile apps. (Using Claude Code or another MCP client? Add a custom connector with the address https://mcp.greenweka.com/mcp instead.)

Click Connect and log in

A GreenWeka page opens. Log in with your GreenWeka email and password. Your password stays with GreenWeka; Claude never sees it.

Choose what Claude may do, then Allow

Reading your calls, emails, contacts and action items is always included. Tick Take actions for me if you also want Claude to add and complete action items, send email from your mailbox and push items into your tools. You can change your mind later by reconnecting.

Ask away

Start a chat and ask "What calls did I have yesterday?" The first time Claude uses a GreenWeka tool it asks your permission; you can set the read-only tools to always allow in the connector's settings and keep approvals on for actions.

What Claude can access, and why

Only what you ask for.

Read: always included Your calls, emails, recorded conversations, contacts and action items, for your own account only. Claude receives summaries first and the full text of a call or email only when you ask for the detail. Audio recordings are never sent. If you own a GreenWeka team, Claude can also give you team-wide reports: counts and one-line summaries, never a colleague's transcript or email.
Act: your choice Add, complete and update action items. Send a new email or reply in a thread from your connected Gmail or Outlook. Push action items into Fergus, Planner, To Do, Todoist, Asana or OneNote. Claude shows you what it is about to do and waits for your yes.
Never Your GreenWeka password, your mobile account, other people's accounts, or anything you did not ask about. What Claude receives is handled under your own Claude account and Anthropic's terms, not shared with anyone else.
Disconnecting takes one click: in Claude, Settings, Connectors, GreenWeka, Disconnect. Or from the GreenWeka dashboard under Active Connections, which cuts Claude off immediately; Claude will show a Connect button the next time you ask it something. Nothing in your GreenWeka account is removed; it's your data.
Something not right? If Claude says it can't reach GreenWeka, open the connector in Claude's settings and click Connect again. Still stuck? Email support@greenweka.com. A person answers, same-day, NZ business hours.

Questions, answered

Does this work on my phone?

Yes. Add the connector once on the Claude web or desktop app and it is available in the Claude mobile apps too. GreenWeka keeps capturing your calls and emails on your own mobile number as usual.

Is Claude reading all my calls in the background?

No. Nothing is sent to Claude until you ask it a question, and then only what is needed to answer. GreenWeka does the capturing and analysing; Claude asks GreenWeka for specific things when you prompt it.

What about ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot?

Claude is first. The same connector is built on the open standard they use (the Model Context Protocol), so ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot are next. Tell us which you use and we'll let you know the moment it's ready.

Does my team see the same thing?

Each person connects their own Claude to their own GreenWeka account. Claude sees exactly what that person could see in their own dashboard, nothing more. The team owner can also ask for reports across the team: how many calls, what they were about, how follow-ups are tracking. Those are counts and one-line summaries only, never another person's transcripts or emails.

What does it cost?

Nothing extra from GreenWeka: the Claude connector is included in every plan. You need your own Claude subscription that supports connectors (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise).
