WhatsApp Business messages from customers are classified, summarised, and surfaced alongside your calls — including image and voice note content.
If you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, we read your inbox to identify business-relevant emails — quote requests, customer enquiries, job updates — and surface them in your dashboard. Read-only access; we never send or modify emails.
